The container preorder category in Lagos has always run on DMs and screenshots, with no permanent record. When something goes wrong, the group chat disappears and so does the evidence. We're replacing that with a structured trail that lives on the batch page forever.

Past batches are permanently public on the site. You can scroll through closed batches to see exactly what was promised, what was shipped, and how it went.
